Eukaryotic cells

Eukaryotic cells: are larger and more complex than prokaryotic cells. They have a nucleus, which contains the genetic information in linear DNA molecules. The nucleus is responsible for DNA replication and RNA synthesis. Eukaryotic cells also have various membrane-enclosed organelles in their cytoplasm, which compartmentalize metabolic activities.
